2E Focal Point - Challenges of the Small College Registrar

Working in a small college as a Registrar has both its rewards as well as its challenges. Students regardless of the size of the college or university place the same demands on the Registrars’ Office. We are required to adapt and make due with smaller staffs, and fewer resources while insuring that our students get the same quality service as students find in large colleges and universities. Working in a small college Registrars’ office, how have you insured that your students get the same quality service as our larger counterparts? Bring your ideas, the challenges you face and ways that you have insured that the needs of your students are taken care of in a timely fashion to this open roundtable discussion.
