- Payment must be included with Registration. If attending, please include a check or money order. (Sorry, no purchase orders, vouchers or credit cards can be accepted.) If payment
submission will be sent by your accounting office, please request your name be on the check stub and a copy of your registration is included with the check.
- NJ-NY ACRAO Tax ID# 22-378769. Copy of our W9 Form available.
- Requests for refunds must be sent to the Treasurer in writing by March 7, 2012. Substitution of attendees may be made
at any time.
- Information will be used only to provide notices of New Jersey - New York ACRAO related activities and those of affiliated professional organizations. NJ-NY ACRAO does not provide
mailing information to vendors or other third parties.
